Iowa EBT Card Balance Check

Iowa Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) is a system responsible for the electronic distribution of benefits for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). If you receive benefits, you may spend your benefits at farmers markets across the state. SNAP benefits can be used to buy seeds that bear food, vegetable plants (i.e. herbs, peppers, tomatoes), meat, eggs. Cheese, dairy products, baked goods, honey, jam/jelly and much more.
