How do I check my Georgia EBT balance online?
Follow these steps to check your Georgia EBT card balance online:
1. Visit the Georgia Connect EBT Website
2. Log into your Georgia EBT card account
When you get to the site, you will have to log in to your account to be able to view your account information and EBT card balance.
To log in to your account, enter your User ID and Password into the Login Portal on the left side of the page.
3. View your EBT card balance and recent transactions
Once you are logged into your Georgia EBTcard account, you can view your current EBT card balance and recent transactions.

Forgot your GA Connect EBT User ID or Password?
If you forgot your Password, you can reset that by clicking the “Reset Password” button below the Login Portal. You will have to provide your Zip Code, Date of Birth, and EBT Card Number in order to reset your Password. After you enter this information, enter the new Password you would like to use.
If you don’t remember your user ID and password, we can help. If you forgot your User ID, you can recover that information by clicking the “Forgotten User ID” button located below the Login Portal. You will have to provide your Zip Code, Date of Birth, and EBT Card Number in order to retrieve your User ID.

Follow these steps to check your GA EBT card balance by phone:
1. Call the Georgia EBT Card Phone Number
The Georgia EBT Card toll-free phone number is 1-888-421-3281. You can also find this phone number on the back of your Georgia EBT card.
2. Enter your Georgia EBT Card Number
To receive your card balance information you must enter your 16-digit EBT card number located on the front of your card.
3. Enter your PIN Number
Enter your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). Once you have successfully done so, you will receive your EBT card balance.
How can I check my EBT balance without my card number?
The last and easiest way to check your Georgia EBT card balance is to check your last EBT card transaction receipt. Follow the instructions listed below for how to check your EBT card balance without your card number:
1. Find your last EBT card receipt
Locate your most recent grocery store or ATM receipt that you used your EBT card at.
2. Check the EBT card balance at the bottom
Your EBT card balance is located at the bottom of this receipt.
**Please note that this receipt will not reflect your current EBT balance if you used your EBT card after the receipt transaction took place. To get the most accurate and up-to-date EBT card balance, we suggest using checking your balance online or by phone.
How to use the Georgia EBT Card
Once you’ve been able to successfully obtain your EBT card balance, you can begin using your Card to redeem cash or food assistance benefits.
