There are 3 ways to check the balance on your Mass EBT Card:

Option 1 – Check Your Last Receipt:
The first option to checking your EBT balance is to view your last receipt. Look at the bottom of the receipt and you will find the amount remaining on your card. Be sure to check this before you go shopping, so that you know how much you have to spend.

Option 2 – Call the Mass EBT Card Phone Number:
Another option to check your balance is to call the toll free number for the Bay State EBT Access card. Call 1-800-997-2555.

Option 3 – Download the DTA Connect App:
You can also check your EBT card balance by downloading the Massachusetts DTA Connect app. You must have a smartphone or tablet in order to download the app. For instructions on how to download the DTA Connect app, check out this post. You currently cannot check your Mass EBT card balance from a desktop computer or laptop and can only do so by using the app, calling or checking your last receipt.
