The Maine EBT Card, also known as the Pine Tree Card, is a safe and easy way to get and use your food benefits that are assigned to you each month. The Maine EBT Card is reloadable, so you do not need to get a new one every month. In this post, we outline the different methods for obtaining the balance on your Maine EBT Card.
Maine EBT Card Balance
Below are the three options for checking the balance on your EBT Card:
Option 1 – Check Your Last Receipt:
The first option for accessing the balance on your EBT Card is to check your last transaction receipt. The current remaining balance on your Maine EBT Card will be displayed at the bottom left of your receipt.

Option 2 – Visit the Maine EBT Website:
Your second option for obtaining the balance on your EBT Card is to visit the Maine EBT Card website. When you visit the website, Maine EBT cardholders must enter their user ID and password to access their account. Once logged into your account, you will have access to balance information and transaction history.
If this is your first time on the Maine EBT Card website, you must first register your card and create an account. If you have forgotten your user ID and/or password access the “Forgotten User ID/Reset Password” link.

Option 3 – Call the Maine EBT Customer Service Hotline:
The last option available for obtaining your EBT Card balance is to call the Maine EBT Card Customer Service Hotline at is to call Florida ACCESS EBT Customer Service number at 1-800-477-7428. This is a toll-free hotline. You will be asked to enter you sixteen (16) digit EBT card number. Once you have done so, the attendant will provide you with your current EBT Card balance.
It is also possible to check your balance at an ATM or POS machine.
