If you live in Indiana and want to check your EBT card balance, you have two main options to do so. The first one is via phone and the second one is online, provided you have established online access to your EBT account. Here are the two ways Indiana EBT Card Balance Check can be performed:

Check by phone
The most preferred method for most people is to check their Indiana EBT Card Balance via phone. The number to call is 877-768-5098. You will need your EBT card number when you dial the phone number. Without your card number, you will no be able to check your EBT Card balance. Check the balance online
The other option is to check the Indiana EBT Card Balance online. To do so, you need to have registered your card online and have a User ID and password as shown in the image below. If you have forgotten about your User ID, click on the “Forgotten User ID” link as shown below. You will have to enter your zip code, date of birth and card number in order to retrieve your User ID. If you don’t remember your password, click on the “Reset Password” link. You will be asked for your zip code, date of birth, card number and then required to enter your new password.
