Option 1 – Checking by phone
If you want to check your EBT balance by phone, you need to contact the Connecticut Department of Social Services. Their customer service phone number is 1-888-328-2666. If you contact them via phone, you will need to have your EBT card number and your 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) ready, because these will be required to enter that to check your Connecticut EBT Card Balance. Option 2 – Checking online
