How to Check Pennsylvania EBT Card Balance

There are three available options for obtaining the balance on your Pennsylvania EBT Card, also known as the Pennsylvania Access Card. We’ve listed all three options for you below. Option 1 – Check your Last Receipt
The first option for checking your Pennsylvania EBT Access card balance is to check your last receipt. This is the easiest and quickest way to find the current balance on your Access Card. Your balance will be listed at the bottom of the receipt. To use this method as a means for checking your Access Card balance, please be sure keep your latest EBT receipt that you receive from the grocery store.

Option 2 – Login to your Connect EBT Account
The second option for checking your Pennsylvania EBT Access card balance is to login to your Connect EBT account. By logging into your Connect EBT account, you’ll be able to view your current Access Card balance, as well as a list of recent transactions.

To login, visit the Connect EBT website here, select your state, then enter your User ID and Password. One logged in, you’ll be able to view your balance and transactions. If you do not have a Connect EBT account, you can sign up for one on the right-hand side of the page.

Option 3 – Check by Phone
The last option for checking your Pennsylvania EBT Access card balance is by phone. If you want to check your EBT balance by phone, you need to contact the Pennsylvania SNAP Recipient Hotline. The hotline is open to Pennsylvania SNAP recipients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hotline number is listed below:
