Option 1 – Access the Tennessee EBT Edge website:

The first option for obtaining your EBT balance is to access the Tennessee Edge website for retrieving the balance on your Benefit Security Card. You can log onto the Tennessee Edge website, here. You’ll need your EBT Card number in order to obtain your balance, so please have that ready. Once you log into your EBT account, you’ll be able to access your current EBT Edge balance, as well as the last 10 transactions on your card. Option 2 – Locate your Last Receipt:

Another way to check the balance on your Tennessee Benefit Security Card is by finding your last transaction receipt. Your receipt will have your most current available balance on your EBT Card at the bottom. It is important to save all receipts if you wish to have access to your current EBT card balance.

 

Option 3 – Contact Tennessee EBT Customer Care

The second option for obtaining the balance on your Tennessee Benefit Security Card is by contacting customer service to receive your balance over the phone.
