  5. I lost my EBT card and have been on the phone several times with the customer service number above and yet have not been able to get through to speak to someone. I have now been on “hold” or just waiting since entering in my information for 34 minutes. I am not able to access or set up an account because you need a card number, which I have not mesmerized; however, your website says I can cancel and have a new card sent out through the website instead of phone. I would like to know how I can go about canceling and requesting a new card.

    Thank you,
    Jayde

P.S: After waiting 40 mins just now, the phone cut off. This is a very ineffective way for people who need to cancel there cards.

  6. I am having a ton of trouble trying to access this online balance checking. Everytime I try to set up a new account, I am told I cannot until I put in info on next page, but the next page never comes up??? I am confused??
