The fastest way to check your card balance is to visit the Georgia EBT card website, which is the Connect EBT website. Visit the Connect EBT website here: https://www.connectebt.com/gaebtclient/

2. Log into your Georgia EBT card account

When you get to the site, you will have to log in to your account to be able to view your account information and EBT card balance.

To log in to your account, enter your User ID and Password into the Login Portal on the left side of the page.

3. View your EBT card balance and recent transactions

Forgot your GA Connect EBT User ID or Password?

If you forgot your Password, you can reset that by clicking the “Reset Password” button below the Login Portal. You will have to provide your Zip Code, Date of Birth, and EBT Card Number in order to reset your Password. After you enter this information, enter the new Password you would like to use.

3. Enter your PIN Number

  1. I lost my mom’s ebt card back in 2011. It had a balance on it, but I have no way to check it now. How do I go about obtaining the balance and another card if possible?

  2. call the ebt number 1-888-421-3281. push prompt 2 and enter your ssi number and your birthday and zip they will tell you the balance if there is any and you can cancel your card. if you need toy recetifl call your local dcfs or call 1-877-423-4746
