The Arkansas Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) is a system for delivering Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and TEA (cash) benefits faster and easier through the use of electronic transactions to those that are eligible. Recipients can access their TEA benefits at participating Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Point of Sale (POS) devices that display the Quest logo by using their Arkansas EBT card. SNAP benefits can only be used to purchase eligible food items at authorized stores that display the Quest logo. Quest is the funds transfer network by which most EBT transactions are routed.

When you are approved for the Arkansas SNAP Program, you will be issued an EBT Card that will allow you to redeem those benefits. Your EBT Card can be used just like a debit card at participating retailers. You will also be assigned a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to be used in conjunction with the EBT card to access benefits. It is a secret code, so it should not be shared with anyone.
