The Arizona Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) is a system for delivering Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits to those that are eligible. SNAP benefits are delivered to the Arizona EBT Card, also called the Quest Card. The Quest Card is used like a debit card to withdraw your cash benefits from an eligible ATM (displaying the Quest symbol) or used to purchase food and redeem your Nutrition Assistance benefits at a point-of-sale machine. You may also use your Quest Card to purchase eligible products from select retail merchants.
You cannot redeem your benefits or use your Quest Card for purchase at liquor stores, gambling casinos, race tracks, and adult entertainment establishments. SNAP benefits are intended to help low income people/families make ends meet by providing monthly benefits to buy food.
